Home Garaging and Work from Home Extended

Attached are signed letters extending the home garaging and work at home until May 31, 2021.

 

The previous letters of agreement in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region regarding work at home was a three-month agreement. During the terms of that agreement, there were issues related to pay treatment and discipline. We also received an indication of future changes to monitoring and coaching that raised concern to the Union. As a result, we have decided to extend the work at home agreement on a monthly basis while we continue to discuss these concerns with management.
