Joe Beirne Foundation Scholarship Winners
The Joe Beirne Foundation Scholarship is a scholarship that is given out every year to 16 deserving students in memory of Joe Beirne, the first President of the Communications Workers of America.
We are excited to announce that this year a CWA 1104 member was one of the recipents. Stephanie Shamah, the daughter of Bill Shamah, was one of the 16 that were chosen. Congratulations Stephanie.
