New Health Care Agreement Reached

CWA Local 1104 has reached an agreement with Allen-McMonigle Medical Associates which is located at 1045 West Jericho Turnpike in Smithtown, 631-543-8844.  This would include any basic visit such as colds, coughs, diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol management, rashes etc.  Any Local 1104 member would show their union card and they or any member of their family will be treated and the bill will come straight here to the Local.  Once again we want our members to have peace of mind in regard to medical issues in your family as we fight Verizon for a fair contract.  Any questions, please call the Local at 516-420-1104.
